Temescal Wellness operates legal cannabis companies that seek to expand access to consistently high-quality cannabis products. Founded in 2015 by Ted Rebholz, Temescal Wellness is privately-held and currently runs two dispensaries and a cultivation-and-manufacturing facility in New Hampshire; is building out three dispensaries and a cultivation-and-manufacturing facility in Massachusetts; and holds active ownership positions in two, revenue-generating cannabis product companies. Temescal Wellness will have multiple product brands, and multiple cultivation, manufacturing and retail locations nationwide.

The Production Supervisor: Operations is responsible for managing other employees in meeting production schedules and in complying with all applicable local and state laws and regulations.
Requirements shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
Comply with all applicable government regulations and Company policies and procedures, including sanitation, security, workplace safety, confidentiality, and seed-to-sale software requirements, among others.
Lead, schedule, and supervise the work of a multiple production employees. Tasks may include, but are not limited to: media preparation; cloning; transplanting; feeding nutrients; irrigation; pruning; trimming; pest monitoring; pesticide application; facilities and equipment installation, monitoring, maintenance and trouble-shooting; harvesting;
trimming; packaging; laboratory work; extractions and processing.
Responsible for inventory management and raw materials.
Ensure all work in completed in adherence to all safety policies and guidelines.
Conducts weekly safety training and safety inspections on jobsites.
Provide upfront and ongoing training and mentorship to production employees.
Monitor and support employee safety, morale and productivity. As needed, track relevant operating data (e.g. employee task completion times, plant characteristics) in order to support decision-making.
Assist with the employee life cycle, including recruiting, interviewing, training, time cards, and performance management.
Aid staff in preparing for audits and, as needed, assist state and local governmental auditors and law enforcement with their audits.
Contribute to Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
Effectively and efficiently document, collaborate and persuade by using software and telecommunications tools, including spreadsheets, word processing, email, calendars, text, chat, webinars, seed-to-sale and other software, etc.
Perform the following physical tasks:
a. Stand and walk for extended periods of time;
b. Bend, squat and stoop, twist and bend the neck and waist and reach above and below shoulder height to grasp objects;
c. Bend and lift loads of up to one hundred (100) lbs; and
d. Use hands for grasping, pushing, pulling and fine manipulation;

Five years of operations or logistics experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Some supervisory experience
Strong technical ability
Valid driver’s license and transportation
No restriction on days of the week or times available to work
Plant Science or Horticulture degree from accredited university
