We are looking to hire a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our construction manager and facility team, assisting in daily facility needs and meeting with project related personnel. In addition, construction administrative assistants help to ensure that project contracts and bids are complete and filed on time. They may also be responsible for coordinating activities, such as workshops and meetings, off the job site.

Develop and maintain a filing system.
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
All safety and facility coordination.
Keep current all SDS and WC.
Write and distribute email, corresponding memos, letters and forms.
Handle administrative request and queries from the construction manager.
Ensure production agendas remain on track and within projected guidelines.
Provides Human Resource department backup as necessary.
Be at least 21 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Must not have been convicted of any felony offenses pursuant to state statutes.

Familiarity with general computer software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe programs.
Working knowledge in agriculture and/or horticulture practices is not required but is a plus.
Construction office experience preferred.
Bi-lingual is a plus.
