At MedMen the Product Director is accountable for leading the design, development and launch of a wide-range of customer-facing digital products, programs and user-facing experiences that drive MedMen customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The Product Director specifically drives the business outcome of increasing sales and revenue via successfully converting visitors to our digital properties and paying customers both in-store and online.
Obsesses about customers; thinks like customers and advocates for their needs.
Leads a product delivery team in collaboration with multidisciplinary technology colleagues.
Advocates for the MedMen Brand especially via high-quality, state-of-the-art, simple, and flexible customer experiences.
Utilizes data to understand and improve customer experiences as well as to develop and test new hypotheses.
Provides expertise in the competitive landscape to develop timely insights and make decisions.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or similar Digital / Technology focus.
At least 7 years of product ownership and technology/software delivery experience.
Experience with user testing, UX/UI design/prototyping, and experience design.
Experience utilizing data analysis as well as A/B testing methodologies to formulate actionable insights.
Experience driving revenue through retail commerce and online sales experiences on web and mobile platforms.
Proven ability to design, develop, deliver, and launch successful web products or native applications (Android/iOS).
Knowledge of user privacy and data security regulations and practices. (GDPR, CCPA, HIPPA).
Knowledge across mobile marketing data usage, storage and compliance practices.
Experience with Customer Engagement Marketing processes, tools, and methodologies.
Ability to define, integrate, and launch a customer loyalty and rewards program.
Ability to deliver User Requirements Definition / User Story Definition.
Skills managing cross-functional teams including outsourced and agency delivery teams.
Skills balancing hands-on contributions and flexible leadership in an Agile working environment.
Retail industry knowledge and experience building technology products for internal business.
Technical skills developed from consulting, professional services, engineering, or start-up work experiences.
Knowledge of how to develop B2C or D2C product experiences across a high volume of users and transactions.

This job operates in a professional corporate setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
