The focus of this role is to provide technical support to all Retail Managers, retail staff, operations staff and all members using current POS software, rewards program, employee time clock system and internal training platforms
-System Support Analyst will provide all team members companywide with technical support when necessary to ensure that operations are not being disrupted due to technical issues with NAV 365 Cannabis.
– This role will focus on decreasing support tickets to the POS help desk while also tracking and recording continuous issues to provide data feedback to our POS program analysts.
-This role will require availability to be flexible as support may be necessary during irregular hours.
-System Support Analyst will require to learn all areas of company’s recent POS system. Functionalities may include, but not limit to, item not having a member group association, incorrect lot numbers displaying, End of Day tender procedures, overage/shortage, reporting, Processing data tables, Manufacturing items, BOMB, Processing and Cultivation. etc
– This role will also be the point of contact for the Company’s current rewards program for all Retail outlets. The role will also be responsible for adding new retail locations and ensure all updates are displayed on the program accordingly.
This Role will serve as a support for all challenging systems used within the company to expand our footprint and expand our growth.
-This role will continue to provide support to all team members within the scope of the set responsibilities. This role also remains adaptable to other outlets and continue to provide efficient practices to create a more stable and professional work environment.
Excellent Oral and written communication skills.
Must be 21 Years of Age
Above Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office and Power point
Must be able to pass a Level II Background
