DFMMJ Investments, LLC, d/b/a Liberty Health Sciences Florida, Ltd. is a Medical Marijuana Treatment Center that has been granted a license by the Florida Department of Health to cultivate, process, transport, and dispense low-THC cannabis, medical cannabis, and cannabis delivery devices pursuant to Florida Statutes.
The responsibility of the Custodian will be to keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. The Custodian will perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and ceilings, cleaning and stocking restrooms, dusting, and removing trash. This position will work with the maintenance department in maintaining a sanitary environment for the employees. This position may be responsible for operating forklifts, and floor scrubbing equipment. Requires excellent observation and attention to detail.
Cleaning and supplying (stocking) paper towels, toilet paper, soap etc.
Documenting cleaning schedule daily (signing off on daily checksheets).
Be aware of quality standards and perform within those standards.
Notify supervisor of any deficiencies and/or areas of improvement.
Will perform the following on daily basis; (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping, cleaning vents, etc.)
Assist maintenance staff as needed on special projects
Follow all Health and Safety requirements
Must be able to pass a Level 2 Background (FBI)
Strong attention to detail.
Must be responsible and self-managed.
Independent worker able to plan and prioritize workflow.
Must have excellent follow-up and tracking skills.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to handle bulk packaging and equipment; and reach with hands and arms. The position involves walking and lifting up to 50 lbs across intervals of time across the shift. Working in a safe and controlled manner at all times. Ability to work at heights with appropriate safety equipment.
Medical benefits on the first day of the month after 60 day period.
