Community Management and Customer Service Coordinator

Grassroots Cannabis seeks a Community Management and Customer Service Coordinator to deepen our relationships with people across our family of brands. This individual will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries across multiple channels, particularly, website and social media. The goal of these activities is to ensure positive outcomes in these crucial interactions, that grow sales, social followings, and brand affinity. You should have command of best practices and trends in customer service, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.
Field all incoming questions and comments and respond appropriately
Partner with individuals throughout our organization to gather the appropriate responses
Participate in, and potentially create and lead social networking groups
Consolidate community feedback into actionable insights
Partner with Social Media Manager to manage account following
2+ years professional experience in community management for social media accounts
Experience working within influencer communities with a proven ability to build and grow these relationships.
Experience creating and distributing weekly performance reports
Ability and willingness to work outside of normal working hours
Demonstrated collaboration skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications related field or equivalent professional experience
