Eaze is the leading cannabis technology company. Our mission is to improve lives by providing safe and reliable access to high-quality cannabis products with the utmost convenience.
We are building a lean-and-mean team that drives the strategy & analytics supporting our Go-To- Market (GTM) functions: Expansion, Brand Development, and Marketing. As Eaze’s footprint grows, it is becoming increasingly important that we deploy a coherent Go-To-Market strategy that answers the questions of “Which market to go to next?”, “How to setup each market for success?”, and “How to grow existing markets?”. All three GTM functions are integral to solving these questions, and the centralized Go-To-Market team is the focal point that brings it all together.
As the Go-To-Market Manager, you will be building out Eaze’s playbook that solves these questions by working with the GTM functions and other groups in the organization, such as Legal, Growth, Finance, and Operations. In addition, you will also work with the GTM leaders on analytics & strategy projects that improve their ability to manage & guide their initiatives. Lastly, you will participate in business development efforts with dispensaries and product brands.
If you decide to join the Go-To-Market team, you will be a key to Eaze’s success as we look to expand beyond California in 2019. It is a pivotal time to be at the company, and you will play an integral part in making sure Eaze grows to its full potential!
The role is based in Los Angeles, CA.
The successful Go-To-Market Manager will:
Create structure around seemingly unstructured problems and develop frameworks that drive strategic initiatives
Build models & dashboards that enable our GTM teams to make more informed business decisions
Look for opportunities to improve the business and take initiative
Roll with whatever is thrown on their plate; this company and this industry are always evolving
Juggle several projects / initiatives and know how to manage expectations
Our ideal candidate:
Has 3-4 years experience in a highly analytical and strategic role (business / ops strategy, consulting, banking, project management, technology, etc.)
Has strong Excel, SQL, and/or Tableau skills
Able to read & understand a P&L
Has strong time management skills and can manage their own projects (often several simultaneously)
Has superb interpersonal skills and experience managing relationships with both internal parties and external partners
Is innately driven to solve problems and finds fulfillment from seeing the impact of their work
